This accordion book features a series of Art Nouveau-inspired illustrations depicting various zoomorphic forms. The idea of this project stems from the concept of false protection while camping in the wild with a filmsy tent. The thin cloths of a tent would not provide enough structural protection from dangers like wild animals or thunderstorms, thus by obscuring the view of the surroundings, it provides a false sense of safety. Animals with outer defensive layers are presented as the subject of the illustrations, while their predators or potential dangers can be seen as deoratives around them. These suggest that their defences may not be as strong as they seem, reinforcing the idea of having a false shield.
